We are looking for Norwegian‑speaking Customer Support Specialists to join the Dyson team in Greece.
What The Role Is About
You’ll be supporting customers who use Dyson products, helping them get the most out of their devices, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions that make their daily lives easier.
You will:
- Handle calls, emails and messages from Norwegian‑speaking Dyson customers
- Guide users on how to get the best out of their Dyson products
- Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
- Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported
