Job Description
In this role, you'll support Nordic travelers worldwide when unexpected situations happen during their trips – helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support.
Responsibilities
- Support travelers worldwide via phone and email.
- Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues.
- Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners.
- Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed.
- Manage cases in internal systems.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night).
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Additional languages are a plus.
