Responsibilities
- Provide wound assessments and tailored care planning
- Act as a clinical mentor to enhance team collaboration
- Facilitate client and family education for informed health choices
- Deliver care in home settings or clients' chosen environments
- Enhance community health through practical nursing approaches
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Ontario
- Completion of NSWOCC or similar specialized program
- Preferred three years in wound-focused community or acute care
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement
- Robust observational skills for clinical assessments
