The Building Blocks (BB)/Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a grant funded program responsible for providing comprehensive home visits to eligible first time, economically disadvantaged, mothers and their families. Nurses are responsible for maintaining the highest standards in clinical nursing practice and adherence to the NFP model, and to policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of NFP, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.Position Details:
