Job Description
Responsible for providing care to patient by providing responsible, trustworthy and professional nursing services in accordance with nursing care standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify patients before performing any procedures.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Nursing Profession Program (Profesi Ners) (must have an active STR).
- Preferably 3 years of experience as a Nursing in a hospital.
- Must have Basic Life Support Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on night shifts (third shift).
