Advance your career as a Nurse Practitioner with NorWest Co-op Community Health in a part-time, term position. Deliver episodic care, promote health, and support the Inkster/Seven Oaks community.
This 0.6 EFT role is focused on providing patient-centered care within the Walk-In Connected Care Department. You will utilize advanced nursing skills, educate clients, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Opportunities to practice autonomously in a dynamic environment are emphasized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical care, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments
• Implement health promotion and illness prevention strategies
• Teach and mentor clients and staff in health education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care
