Kensington Hospice, a division of The Kensington Health Centre, is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training and experience in palliative care. The successful candidate will join a passionate group of palliative care clinicians working collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centered, equitable palliative care at our 19-bed hospice.
Salary: $111,403.50 - $133,672.50
Responsibilities
- Providing expert clinical care to hospice residents; expert clinical advice to healthcare clinicians at hospice and to nurses on the role of pain/symptom management, psychosocial supports & therapeutic palliative care interventions.
- Participate in resident rounds and case conferences with the care team routinely & as needed.
