Join the Peterborough Family Health Team as a Nurse Practitioner and deliver collaborative primary care to the community. This position allows you to leverage your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Working full-time at the Peterborough Clinic, you will assess patient health, diagnose conditions, and provide wellness care. As part of an interdisciplinary team, your role includes monitoring chronic illnesses and implementing necessary treatment strategies tailored to individual patients.

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments
