Position Overview
Southern Health‑Santé Sud, a diverse community health organization, seeks a qualified RN to provide comprehensive nursing care within the Southern Health‑Santé Sud system. The role is term‑based and may conclude earlier as outlined in the collective agreement.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care related to health assessments, diagnostics, pharmacotherapeutics, and invasive and minor surgical procedures.
- Adhere to regional/facility/unit policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
- Implement changes effectively, plan, manage, and execute care protocols.
- Support collaborative practice and teamwork across the health care team.
- Travel to other regional facilities as needed and work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Maintain the physical and mental demands of the job; meet required physical and mental expectations.
