In this foundational role, you'll take charge of coordinating all nutrition care aspects at PeaceHealth. Using the Nutrition Care Process, you will identify nutritional diagnoses, implement interventions, and monitor patient outcomes. Essential tasks include providing evidence-based nutrition education and consultations, documenting in the EMR accurately, and making appropriate referrals.
