Job Description
Coverage Needed :
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing, at least one weekend per month
- Schedule: 24-hour coverage, sporadic coverage
- Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a or 7a-7a
Clinical Details :
- NICU Level: Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Call: Provider will stay in hospital hotel room and can cover up to 2-4 days at a time
Requirements :
- Board Certified/BE within 5 years of residency (Must be ABMS/AOA)
- Active IN license
- NRP, PALS
- NCC in Fetal Heart Monitoring
- Local candidates within driving distance (Highly Preferred)
- Completely clean background/Malpractice (Highly Preferred)
- Self-Query NPDB report (Should be pulled within 30 days)
