Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting June 15-August 28 at their onsite Corporate Health/Occupational Medicine clinic in Blaine, WA. Provider will see employees for acute episodic care, Medical Surveillance questionnaire review, physical exams/DOT, and injury evaluation, triage, and first aid/treatment for occupational injuries. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break and rotating Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or similar to be considered for this assignment. Support staff includes 2 RNs, 1 MA, and a receptionist.
