About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Assistive Technology Program Manager, and under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) completes therapeutic and technical support duties in support of the delivery of assistive technology services to referred clients, both independently and collaboratively with health care team members and students. This is a highly specialized clinical role helping patients with complex clinical needs and their families identify, set-up, modify, trial and utilize both low and high-tech assistive devices, including computer and phone systems, specialized software, environmental control systems, security, customized access systems and other assistive and adaptive technologies.
