Job Description

What you’ll do

:
  • Print, organize and distribute internal employee timecards for completion and resubmission.

  • Control, batch and enter internal labour timecards for payroll and labour cost.

  • Support the Accounting team with turnaround and regular accounts payable duties as required.

  • Other duties as required.

    • Who you’ll work with:


    The Team: You will work closely with another office clerk and the accounting team, and will report into the Accounting Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.


    The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our finance unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as refinery operations and payroll.
