About This Role


As an Office Coordinator/student worker, you will be a pivotal part of our team in Norway, working 15-20 hours a week during office hours of 8-17. This is a 12‑month contract position. Your primary goal is to foster a productive and efficient work environment while managing daily office operations in collaboration with the Nordic Office Manager.


Responsibilities



  • Oversee weekly office operations to ensure a productive work environment.

  • Coordinate with relevant parties for the arrival of products such as computers, phones, and other office supplies.

  • Monitor office inventory and ensure timely restocking of supplies.

  • Serve as the point of contact for the building receptionist and janitor in case of emergencies or facility‑related issues.
