Responsibilities
This position involves office and facility activities in coordination with our headquarter in Göppingen /Germany.
The area of responsibility will focus on our Porto office but will not exclude global activities as well.
Office Management – Be the good soul of the Porto office and provide a hands-on service mentality to local staffOrganize office operations and proceduresPoint person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipmentMaintain and develop our supplier-management processesPlan in-house activities, launchings, parties, celebrations, and conferencesManage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on timeWork on continuously improving service parameters, costs, quality and delivery in working closely with our internal requestors as well as suppliers
