Main Purpose of the Role: Supporting Country's activity by managing and executing all administrative/ Head Quarter local country's activities.
Responsibilities: Oversee general office operations.
Purchase office supplies and equipment Produce reports Work with banks Manage agreements with suppliers and vehicle liability Handle local regulations Provide bookkeeping for all accounts (P& L and Balance Sheet) Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including payment process Process employee's expenses reports Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports Record fix assets and depreciation and prepare reconciliations.
