In this role, you will report to the Senior Business Partner and play a strategic part in aligning operational and financial priorities. Your efforts will focus on building relationships with plant teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting critical decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor profitability and key performance indicators
• Identify and address performance gaps proactively
• Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic alignment
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Foster a culture of innovation and process enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system knowledge
