- PA:OM to the CEO = 50:50
- General HR (payroll & recruitment) & office admin (meeting room booking, office stationery, suppliers, insurances etc.)
- Actively communicate with executive level partners globally (arrange meetings, prepare documents, managing itineraries)
- Coordinate the business and personal trips for the CEO
- Participate in ad-hoc project as assigned
