In this role, you will take ownership of identifying digital growth opportunities, driving systematic conversion rate optimization (CRO), and delivering commercial results across our online channels.
Develop and execute systematic conversion optimization, commercial online planning, and tactical sales initiatives across our e‑commerce platforms.
Create, design, and direct A/B testing and personalization frameworks to enhance the digital customer experience and boost online sales.
Consult and collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure transparent, goal‑oriented digital development.
Monitor e‑commerce data and web analytics to discover new growth opportunities and prioritize development initiatives based on financial impact.
