Job Description
Redial BPO in Mexicali is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Tier 1 (Junior) to provide technical support to internal users. Ideal candidates will assist with maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure, while growing their career in IT support.
This role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining operating systems. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in IT, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and Office 365.
