Jouw verantwoordelijkheiden:

  • Field Service oplossingen bieden op basis van de vereisten van het incident.
  • Inkoopbeheer nieuwe IT hardware/software
  • Support en beheer van gebruikersaccount en rechten
  • Samenwerking met / en doorzetten van incidenten naar 3e lijns support
  • Installatie van PCs, en LAN-based apparaten
  • Assisteren bij het opzetten van technische beveiliging/security
  • AV en Conference support d.m.v. software zoals Webex, Skype for Business, Zoom, etc.
