Searcy Trucking is seeking skilled Open Deck Owner Operators for their General Freight and Specialized Divisions. A valid Class 1/AZ license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in Canada and the US are required. Successful candidates must have at least 6 months of Flatbed/Open Deck experience and expertise in load securement to qualify for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate flatbed and step deck trailers on long-haul routes
• Ensure proper load securement for safety during transit
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow regulations
• Communicate regularly with a dedicated fleet manager
• Navigate cross-border transport efficiently
