Assistance Operator – Inbound (m/f)
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer service at national and international level;
• Telephone assistance;
• Management of several processes simultaneously;
• Monitoring of different processes, ensuring procedural compliance and ensuring that all requirements are met;
• Document analysis and validation and/or framework in accordance with contract guarantees.
Candidate profile:
• Minimum qualifications at the 12th year level/Technical Course (eliminatory factor);
• Good knowledge of English (eliminatory factor);
• Previous experience in customer support in a contact center context (preferred factor);
• Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Immediate availability.
