Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement corporate innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across all business functions.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities using PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, and Quality Improvement methodologies.
- Establish and manage company-wide innovation programs, conventions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive business process improvement projects to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Design and deliver training programs related to Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Innovation.
- Monitor and evaluate improvement project performance and ensure sustainability of implemented initiatives.
