Main Responsibilities
1. Demand Planning & Scheduling
Support material and demand planningSchedule and manage procurement orders based on demand and disposition 2. Purchase Order Execution
Process requisitions into accurate, timely purchase ordersMonitor purchase orders and follow up on confirmations, dispatch, and delivery Verify and process order confirmations and delivery notes Call off global contracts and framework agreements 3. Supplier & Claims Management
Serve as the main contact for supplier queries and communication Handle supplier complaints, claims and escalation Maintain supplier master data including contact persons, language variants and local input 4. Inventory & Material Management
