Job Description
As part of the People + Talent Operations team, this role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the colleague’s lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of colleague requests. The People Operations Analyst will help resolve queries, handle administrative tasks related to personnel and organizational data, and manage attendance records. This role will also elevate operational issues to relevant parties for resolution, contributing to the overall effectiveness of People + Talent Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of new starter and leaver processes, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, managing background checks, and updating People + Talent records.
- Maintain People + Talent systems by processing changes to colleague data, including contract modifications, background checks, and holiday entitlements.
