On behalf of our client, a prestigious wealth management firm based in Toronto, we are looking for an experienced Operations Associate to join their team.
The Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing client accounts, processing transactions, reconciling records, and supporting compliance. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers and other teams to deliver efficient, high-quality client service.
Responsibilities
Weekly Book Value Reconciliation:
- Ensure alignment between the portfolio management system and the custodian.
- Research and resolve discrepancies for all client security positions.
- Post correcting entries in the portfolio management or custodian systems, as applicable.
- Review and reconcile tax costs between the portfolio management system and the transfer agent for client positions in funds and limited partnerships.
