This is a first-line, hands-on people leadership role supporting a local team of Presentation Specialists. The focus is on day-to-day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followedTrack work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks/issues to managementSupport onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timelinessEnsure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelinesFoster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clientsIdentify improvement opportunitie...
