Job Description
The Operations Manager, Commercial Contracting & Salesforce Operations, is a people manager role responsible for supporting commercial operations for Full–Service Solutions. The role partners closely with Solution Design, Global Deal Management, Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Go‑to‑Market.
Job Responsibilities
Commercial Contracting Operations
- Coordinate contracting inputs across Solution Design, GDM, Finance, and Legal.
- Ensure scoped services, assumptions, and operational details are contract‑ready.
- Align scope, pricing tools, and contract language prior to finalization.
- Facilitate timely issue resolution to support contract execution.
Scope Language, Pricing Tools & Legal Reference Materials
- Develop and maintain standardized scope language, pricing frameworks, and related tools.
