Job Description: Our client is looking for a Project Management Officer / Operations Manager to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field; equivalent training and experience may be considered.
• PMP designation is a must. Prosci or other Change Management certification is an asset.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Responsible for KPI, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance Management.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills

• Led cross-functional teams from a Project Manager perspective.
