- Optimise store operations and stock flow to support sales growth and efficiency
- Leverage KPIs and analytics to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making
- Lead omnichannel execution to enhance customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between operations, commercial, and VM teams
- Manage, coach, and develop teams to maximise productivity and engagement
- Strengthen operational standards, reduce shrinkage, and ensure compliance with health & safety.
