Salary Range: €70,000 – €80,000 per year, depending on experience
The Role:
Survitec Rotterdam is looking for our next Operations Manager to join our flagship service station. In this newly created position, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of the site, ensuring operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Survitec’s quality, operational, and QHSE standards.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for operational planning, warehouse and outbound logistics flow, resource management, site performance, customer delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
