Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, you will manage building operations at 312 Main and play a key role in driving sales, building and improving systems, processes, and partner relationships that support leasing, marketing, and long‑term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute business development strategies for basement, ground, and second‑floor spaces to drive revenue and community impact.
- Lead sales, tours, and partnership outreach to prospective members, tenants, and community organizations.
- Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies, including social media, newsletters, and impact reporting.
- Strengthen brand presence and member engagement through compelling storytelling and community activation.
