Job Description
Must have skills:
- Ideally12+ months of financial services experience within (Back officeoperation/ settlement / corporate actions, etc.)
- Securities knowledge (Could be from CSC and or banking industry experience)
- Excel (Pivot tables, Chart manipulation, Basic Formulas)
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages type (especially 56Xfor corporate action and/or54Xfor settlement)
- French skill is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Custody:Payment services
- Collect instructions received and process them in accordancetothe procedures and compliance rules
- Manage transaction records history andmaintainarchives for audit purpose
- Book operations inside clientaccount andreconcile them
