Operations Program Delivery Lead, Project ManagementThe Operations Program Delivery Lead, Project Management, partners with project teams across Bird to support effective project setup, execution, and consistency in delivery.National Operations Services (NOS) is responsible for enabling consistent, efficient project execution across the organization by developing and supporting standardized processes, systems, and programs that improve how work is delivered in the field.This includes advancing the One Bird approach to project delivery, strengthening the implementation and consistent usage of tools such as InEight, and creating a continuous improvement loop between field teams and national initiatives.This position does not replace the Project Manager but enhances their ability to deliver successful projects, helping drive alignment, standardization, and improved performance across all regions with One Bird in mind.What You Will Be Working OnProject Setup & ReadinessLead and support pro...
