Job Description
As an Operations Project Manager within Service Operations, you will lead transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes across Comfort Medical. This role combines strong project management expertise with an understanding of healthcare operations to bridge frontline service teams needs with process and system improvements, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact on the teams we support.
You will manage end-to-end project delivery for operational improvement initiatives — including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and change management. You will influence and coordinate diverse teams through strong communication, collaboration, and operational knowledge.
