As an Operations Supervisor, you will be critical in managing daily operations within the Collections business unit. This leadership role involves supervising multiple collection routes, conducting driver observations, and leading safety meetings. You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining operational excellence.

• Supervise daily operations of collection routes
• Conduct driver observations for performance and compliance
• Lead monthly safety meetings to promote safety culture
• Review route sheets for financial and operational assessments
• Collaborate with dispatchers for timely deliveries and repairs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
