Job Description
**Responsibilities** :
+ Lead and develop a team of tax reporting professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
+ Oversee the preparation and review of tax documents and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with IRS and global tax regulations.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and resolve complex tax issues.
+ Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing impact and implementing necessary process updates.
+ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
+ Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit and regulatory inquiries as needed.
+ Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business key performance indicators (KPIs); develop business cases for key activities/projects; and estimate the financial and human resources required to deli...
