Job Description
Support Plant Leadership in developing and sustaining a continuous improvement culture by deploying an OPEX implementation roadmap aligned with BU strategies, objectives, and corporate initiatives. The role drives KPI measurement systems, coaches leaders, and ensures effective execution of Lean and quality improvement programs across the site.

- Drive the KPI for measurement roadmap implementation.
- Cascade the BU Segment TPOC's True North metrics and Corporate Initiatives to each Site.
