Lead the Ophthalmology Regional Division as the Division Head, overseeing operations and promoting clinical excellence. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with regional members.
As the Regional Division Head, you will formulate annual objectives and develop clinical practice standards for the division. Your leadership will include facilitating ongoing medical education and supporting wellness initiatives among staff. You will also handle the review of complaints and ensure adherence to quality standards in medical care.
