Total Rewards Analyst/Compensation Sr. Consultant
As a Compensation Sr. Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support for our Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud module. This contract role is ideal for a seasoned compensation professional with deep knowledge of compensation processes and systems, particularly Oracle Compensation Cloud. You will collaborate closely with the Total Rewards team and People Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs and system operations.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to address complex compensation matters and deliver system-enabled solutions.
