Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a leading enterprise team supporting and enhancing their Oracle Cloud environment. This individual will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting multiple HCM modules, with a strong focus on driving business process improvements and ensuring system stability.
This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support ongoing enhancements and releases within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
Support Payroll processes and payroll integrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and as-is/to-be process design
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across HCM modules
