As an Oracle consulting generalist, you will analyse client needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support to ensure effective utilisation of Oracle applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather HCM and Payroll requirements from clients and align them to Oracle functionality.
- Collaborate with the team to configure the Oracle solution to meet clients’ Payroll and broader HCM needs.
- Test the Oracle solution and assist clients and systems teams with testing.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution.
- Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements.
