Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoicesProcess and manage in SAP the daily customer order flow coming in through different channels ( EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone)Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistic service providersCommunicate with internal departments including Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to investigate and resolve customer disputesFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Processes What you bringFluent oral and written communication skills in English, German and / or Dutch, Polish is a plus1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar (Customer Service) positionGood knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applicationsExperience with SAP is preferredExcellent administrative and communicative skills What we offerAn in...
