Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Performance Management

- Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting progress tracking result application)

- Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics

2. Talent Infrastructure

- Key talent programs: High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline

- Employee growth initiatives: Promotion frameworks, engagement programs

- Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops

3. Culture Operations

- Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions

- Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)

- Drive employee experience improvement projects

Requirements

1. Mandatory

- Fluent in Chinese (reading/writing)

- 3+ years in culture/organization/talent development

- Valid US visa (for occasional short-term travel...
