Organizational Development & Anti-Racism Specialist
Summary: The organizational development and anti-racism specialist provides strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to advance the institution’s commitments to anti-racism (AR), anti-oppression (AO), equity, and inclusive organizational effectiveness. This position focuses primarily on systemic anti-racism and anti-oppression work while intentionally integrating organizational development practices to embed sustainable culture change, leadership capacity, and inclusive people systems across the organization.
The role leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of institution-wide AR/AO strategies, frameworks, and initiatives, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and governance bodies on dismantling systemic racism and exclusion.
