What You ll Do
As a Clinical Director, you will serve as the clinical leader of one of our outpatient Orthopaedic clinics working in close partnership with physicians and surgeons. You will supervise a team of mid-level providers to coordinate with physicians, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, accurate documentation, and quality patient outcomes.
The Clinical Director oversees the workflow among the mid-level provider team, guaranteeing efficient coordination with physicians and making sure that all necessary documentation and clinical notes are completed in a timely manner.
