Orthopedic Surgery - Total Joint in AZLocated in Tucson, ArizonaFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with Total Joint Fellowship training to join group.
- Full-time, employed opportunity
- 60% outpatient and 40% surgical
- Practice and ER call required
- Patient census: average 25 patients per clinic day and 8-12 surgeries per week

- Base Salary + Productivity
- Guaranteed Salary 12 months, Stay within 30 days PTO
- After the guaranteed salary, there will be a switch to Productivity; No Cap on PTO as long as productivity is hit
- Busy Practice, Within the First Year you will already receive bonuses
