Threasury is looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist who can build pipeline through smart, consistent outbound — not spam.
This is a high-ownership role. We want someone who can work independently, run experiments, stay organized, and also collaborate with the team to improve messaging and conversions. Someone who brings direction and execution — not someone who needs daily hand-holding.
What you'll do
- Build and manage outbound across channels (LinkedIn + email + communities) to generate qualified conversations
- Research and identify the right ICPs (ecom brands, agencies, media buyers, advertisers, etc.) and build lead lists
- Write and test outbound messaging (hooks, offers, angles) that feels human and converts
- Run outreach sequences end-to-end: targeting personalization follow-ups booking calls
